SeaCrete is our second villa in Agios Pavlos, it is only just finished, newly built on a seafront plot and designed by the same architect, Antonis Hadzidakis, as our neigbouring villa Faros.

We think he has (again) created a villa that perfectly integrates in the impressive environment and ticks all the boxes for a relaxing experience with all the luxury you can wish for in a very understated way but experiencing the specific environment of South Crete.
We believe he has done a wonderful job, using local materials. The “green” roof limits the need for airconditioning.
The carport with solar panels creates the shade for two cars and a charging possibility for an electric car. We deliver electricity to the network all year, and can therefore heat the pool and the Hammam in a responsible way.
SeaCrete is a 220 m2, 3 bedroom villa with a nice infinity pool and an open plan kitchen.
There is a dining space inside and a covered terrace with a second dining space and a barbecue.
The large sliding doors give a unique “inside out” experience.
The land slopes down to the sea and there is a steep staircase into the bay from the plot onto the stony turquoise bay,
There is a 50 m2 sports and television room in the basement (crosstrainer and tabletennis table).
The 4000 m2 plot is seafront.
The views are amazing, from the house you see the sea lapping the rocks and the isles of Paximadia.
There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The house is fully airconditioned and has underfloor heating for the colder season.
The Hammam and extra shower room and toilet are at the (heated) swimming pool terrace.
The pool is 1.50 meter deep and measures 12.50 x 3.60 (51 m2)
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, an ironing board and iron.
Linen, towels, Midweek cleaning included, poolheating free if relevant May to October.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Max number of guests 6.
No smoking in the house, no (company) parties, no pets allowed.
